I had the opportunity to see Stefan speak at FITC ‘06 and it was one of the most inspirational lectures.  He is very friendly, down to Earth and a master of his craft.

Well, the time has come.  I have made the decision to finally hang up my freelancing cap and begin my next adventure as a full-time employee at Arc Worldwide.  Starting September 14th I will be an official member of the team and I cannot wait!

The past three and a half years have brought me many enjoyable projects with agencies/clients and I had a blast working on them all.  Thanks to everyone I’ve worked, talked, designed, animated, been inspired by,  drank, and joked with.

Brad has invited me to his newest creation - PHAZD

Phazd seeks to be a source of inspiration for the art and craft of music videos within a visual effects enviroment. Some amazing work is done for artists that aren’t in the top 40s and are rarely seen by anyone but that small group of people who may have worked on it. There are sites like MTV that showcase every music video but Phazd was created for anyone who appreciates graphics and visual effects in music videos.

I handled the animation on this one. The awesome design made it easy to look good. Great work to the team, thanks again for bringing me in on this.

I finally made it home and got over the jet lag.  Europe was a great time and I am excited to get back to work on new projects.

It’s that time of the year and I am off to Europe for vacation.  I’ll be gone from May 9th until the 30th.  During that time, I will have limited access to email, phone, Internet.  If you send me a note, please be patient with me as I’ll get to it as soon as I’m able.  Until then, have a great few weeks!

Brad and I wrapped up this music video for DJ Morph recently. We handled the animations, shout to Brad for rocking the goods! Joel Kapity directed the video and gave us some nice pieces to work with.

Eventually I’m going to work on a new site layout that’s easier to update as well as a new reel since I’ve accumulated some work since the last update (3 years ago).

Also, at the day job, the Vegas team launched the site for Vegas Bound.
